Policy Advocacy Manager

Policy Advocacy Manager:

 

We are seeking a Policy Advocacy Manager who aligns with our values of liberation for the most marginalized Black Workers and can lead our work alongside LABWC members to build power through policy advocacy strategies. Directly reports to Director of Policy Advocacy and Civics Engagement. This position collaborates with the Organizing and Campaigns teams. The Policy Advocacy Manager leads relationship building with City, State, and Federally elected officials and prepares policy research, briefings and advocacy materials to support elected official education, stakeholder engagement, and campaign strategy.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

The position is available immediately. Full-time position, local to South Central Los Angeles, plus a comprehensive benefit package of health and dental insurance, generous paid time off, and retirement plans with matching and employer contributions to all eligible employees.
