Black Space

Black Space is cultural, educational and affirming space for workers to build relationships and trust, and to develop a vision for who we are and what we believe. This is done through discussions that strengthen personal relationships and feeds the identity of being a strong Black worker in Los Angeles. In collaboration with the National Black Space Project, the Los Angeles Black Worker Center is a power-building space, a healing space and community-building spaceā€”A Black Space.

LA BWC develops organized power and grassroots leaders who strengthen all of Los Angeles by advancing economic and racial justice for Black workers and the families that rely on them.
